WD2500KS / WD2500YD Hard drive problem

Just got this drive today, Formated fine and everything then started looking at SMART readings and such and its reading about 66*c whitch I know cant be right. My main hdd is only 32-33*c. Also whenever I open up like SiS soft and freezes then i have to restart.

Think the HDD is ok? Maybe just a SMART problem? I kinda searched and seams it maybe a fimrware problem.
