I was just reading some of the reviews from resellerratings, and it said that these drives were refurbished. Is that true? If so, this deal is a flub, as you can get 250GB sata for ~$20 more...

I've bought many drives from them for my business with no issues, but your mileage may vary. Read carefully to verify it is not a refurbished drive. Sellers like these tend to "sneak" these little details where they are not obvious.
