WD20EADS 2TB = Good for RAID?

I want to get 2 of these drives and run a Raid 0, however I notice with the variable speed and green spec I'm a bit skeptical to run them this way.

Anyone know if a 7200rpm version of this 2tb drive will be released?

The main purpose of a RAID 0 array is performance boost and expanded capacity vs a single drive.
The 2TB "Green" drives aren't built for performance in the first place. Therefore they are poor candidates for a RAID 0 array.

wow 4TB of RAID 0 is crazy.
I would RAID 1 or use 3 for RAID 5.

IMO smaller, faster HDDs are best for RAID 0 (WD Velociraptor 150GB or 300GB)

wouldn't two of these at raid0 actually be slower than some single drives? And the dataloss potential is HUGE. raid0 means that if EITHER drive fails the data on BOTH is lost.
