You can get the OEM at newegg for $234, is it worth the hastle to do the rebate for only $6 gain?

Western Digital is actually reliable in sending out rebates. This is one of the few times where if I had the need for a 100gb drive I'd buy it. Else, 60gb of combined 7200 and UltraSCSI drives will do just fine for now. :)
