WD Raptor making unusual noise!

For some reason, after i keep my computer on for a while, the raptor starts to make HUGE unusual noises and gets REALLY loud. It is also acting a lil weird cause it stops spinning for split seconds...is it getting too hot in there or is this another defective piece 🙁 (this is my 2nd from newegg, first RMA'd) someone please help, thanx in advance
 
If you need to replace this one I would contact WD directly. Be sure to let them know this will be your third drive. All they can do is send you a replacement, but maybe they know something they could share with you.

I try to RMA with the manufacturer whenever I can. They are usually very helpful.

I've got two in RAID 0 with a 120MM fan on them. Do you think cooling could be the problem?
