hi i am building a new computer and i am getting 2 wd 640 gb model wd6400aaks sata from new egg anybody know of any problems with these and the vista home premium 64 bit?
 
Nope, those are great drives & should give you years of solid performance.

EDIT: Just a note, I hope you're planning on running one as OS disk and the other for storage, not a raid0 setup...
 
I'd recommend on eof the WD6400AALS drives instead, especially for your boot/game install drive. They're faster and have more cache. Granted, they're about $20 more, but their performance beats all but the Veliciraptors and they're pretty darned quiet. All the WD Caviar Black drives are pretty killer.
