WD expirience...?

don't know about that model but if they even come close to the WD1200JB ide model you will be sitting pretty, i have 4 of them in a Raid 0 array and they have run with out a single problem since may 2003, they run cool (even with 4 in close contact), quiet and super stable..I have never benched them but i would say that i get around 70-80mb/s transfer rate using sisoft, just going off other drives that i have tested and gotten upwards of 50mb/s.
Western digital drive in my opinon are highly reccommended..but my experience is only with the models up to 120gb using the IDE interface, I have never bother to try with the SATA models..I can't see to many differences though
