WD Caviar SE or Maxtor DM9/DM10 ?

I'm lookin for an 80GB sata drive and the store I use only has these two. Which one is better? (silent,fast, etc.)?
 
The Maxtor's probably slightly faster for a typical desktop usage, but the WD's quiter,

and as they both comes with a 3 year warranty, just choose one with the lower cost IMO
 
I have a maxtor diamondmax9 ultra (8mb cache) 160gb. I don't think maxtor is the best brand, but it was cheap and I couldn't resist, it was $40. It's faster than the wd caviar(2mb cache) in my other pc, but my other pc has ata100, this pc has ata133, so that could be the difference or it could be the cache difference or both.
