Amazon and BB have the 12TB model on sale for $220....fast writes speeds (250MB)...supposedly uses the Ultrastar data-center drive. Good to have when backing up m.2 and other SSD drives.

Slow Drive 5400RPM 14TB for $190 (Slow reads, slow writes, mediocre quality)
Fast Drive 7200RPM 12TB for $220 (faster reads, faster writes, best quality spinning rust can offer)

I'll take the faster drive....
