Ways to remove UBuntu

Have a dual boot set up. What is the easiest way down the road to remove ubuntu and keep just my windows setup?

I'm going to give UBuntu a little more time, but after 24 hrs, I'm far from impressed at the OS. I really don't see what all the hype was about. Not really a fan of having to type in on a command line anytime I need to edit/install/fix/do most things.

It's not really nvidia friendly and the dual boot functions seem to be broken.

Any tips on a removal process would be appreciated.
