Ways to make a friend's bday party more exciting

My friend is turning 23 next week, and we're all going out to an upscale night club. We're getting bottle service and maybe renting a room, but she is begging for a good time since apparently things just fell through with a guy she has been dating, and her last two birthdays were 'lame' (so she says).

Besides the obvious atot ideas like 'suprise buttsexx', anybody know any cute, clever things I can do to make her night more memorable?
 
Women are so incredibly hard to please (especially when they are depressed) that I gave up on fancy/crazy plans a long time ago. Just try to make her feel good and dont kill yourself making the perfect evening. Theres no such thing.

I thought about waiting until we had some drinks in us and standing on the table and acting like a chip and dale or something.. sneak in a tuxedo bow tie and all..

Understood. If you arent sure I recommend asking her girlfriends, sisters, mom, whatever. Females are often good at cheering each other up.
If they say "CHIPPENDALES!" by golly get her some chippendales!

No, the other thread where I was "accused" of stalking by her douchebag guy friend after she got mad at me one night and said I was stalking her to him. Long story that I'm apparently not good at telling.

Tell her she is having a good time, and she is. She needs someone to tell her how behave and think because clearly she is incapable of thinking about this herself.

Give her a fake prescription for Prozac, and fill a bottle of aspirin with ecstasy.

Tell her you took the liberty of getting the prescription filled, even though it was a super haggle 'cause they wouldn't believe you knew her.

Then tell her the dosage is 2 pills by nostril every 2 hours.

She'll definitely be stalking YOU after this.
