Ways to get even with bad Ebay transaction?

Well I bought a piece of electronic equipment from Ebay seller. The seller shipped insured but improperly packed and item came broken. USPS will not cover the damage. The seller appeared to be working with me then got sick 30 days passed so paypal no help now.... we talked and decided to send to him to go to his postoffice to get insurance claim. Now he cannot get insurance claim and he refuses to send back to me (has some useful parts) unless I pay the shipping. This items original cost and original shipping is $205. I will never see it again. I just want this guy to pay someone allot of money even if it's not me.

any ideas?

start calling him at 2AM from a payphone.

or tell him your dad is a hells angel and they are making a special trip to come pick up your dough or his ass.

maybe send him a dead cat in the mail. Of it is a kid call his mother! ding ding ding we have an answer.

if you paid with it using a credit card, call them and do a chargeback....tell him you plan to do it and that he might as well comply with you.

I did pay using CC thru Paypal. Still possible to chargeback? even if charged from last Feb?
