Of Brazil's defenders, 2 are in their late forties and one has an artificial knee. OK, I exaggerate, but Cafu and R. Carlos are both pretty damn old. I think a physical and aggresive England team match up well against Brazil. England has a better defense and better midfield, Brazil has better attack and better "individuals". It would be a great final if Brazil even gets that far...

😀 yeah, Brazil's defence is their weak spot. If a team can exploit the gaps behind Cafu and R Carlos when they bomb forward then they will create a few chances. England's strikers may not be in optimum condition but Owen should get better with each game and Crouch is a handful for any team.

well even if it's healed there's the fear that players will go for his foot just to get him out...well i'll be really dissapopinted if he is unable to play like he can, hope the foot is really ok, well it's true england have a mean defence and a very good midfield, had owen and rooney been fit then it would have been something to beat them, and yes Brazil's defence is leaky, and another question i have, how can cafu outrun a younger player during a match at his age is beyond me, i mean he can outrun a player once or twice but not whole match quand meme...

Yeah but seriously, England aren't the best team in the cup. It'll take a healthy load of luck for them to win (like terrorist attacks on other teams etc).

Yes I'm English, no I don't particularly care about football, and yes I hate those fücking England world cup songs.

If you live anywhere near Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire, I'll personally give you a fiver if England win the world cup (this year)

They're definitely not the best team, but they are in a group of 4 or 5 teams behind Brazil who could win it, they will need some luck but then maybe they are due some this year 😉

The World Cup songs are all universally awful, give me New Order any day!

I'll take you up on that fiver 😀 Live near Slough but my folks live near Cambridge

Germany are gonna kick England's butt in Round 2.

That 5-1 defeat will be avenged

no chance, besides Ballack the German team looks distinctly average
