Way to turn on PC without case?

Is there a way to turn on the PC without a case?

I have a "GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard"

Any ideas?

Use a metal object to make a momentary electrical connection across the motherboard's power-button pins where you'd ordinarily plug in the case's power-button wire.

Screwdriver or knife, make connection between pins as mechBgon suggested. Its safer than you might think, as long as you don't spear your mobo..

I normally just use a little piece of wire. Strip the ends just enough to have some metal showing. No chance of spearing your mobo!

can we use a jumber from an old hdd?

If you can find on that fits. But its not going to be a constant connection. You just bridge the pins momentarily and the pc powers up. Bridge them for a few seconds again and it will power down.
