Way to edit Windows XP start menu?

I'm referring to the 2 columns on the Windows XP Start Menu.

Specifically, the My Music link on the 2nd column. I want to change the target the link points to (from D:\My Documents to just D:\). Is there any way to do that?

Try Tweak UI.

(If you want to change the layout/contents of the start-menu you need a resource hacker.)
