way to count battery cycles?

anyone know of how to find out how many charge/discharge cycles your battery has gone through? On my thinkpad x30 i can only see the serial number and maker when i right click on the battery icon. is there a tab that i'm ignoring?

IBM Maximiser program tells you how many cycles have been done.

all i get is a wizard to set up my power and battery settings....

well you have to complete the wizard and then on your task bar is and icon that will show you the ramaining battery
and if you left click that icon select battery information and then battery health you will find the cylce count...
