Way to block AIM and MSN

Have a Netgear MR814v2 and am wanting to block AIM and MSN file transfers through my router if possible. Anyone have any ideas? Wouldn't mind blocking Yahoo/ICQ aswell but those ain't used as much. Just wanna disable file transfer but still want to use the app.

AIM file transfers go through AOL now, so I don't think you'll be able to block them over the network without packet filtering.
