is that bad?
can I have more wattage? lol

When you buy and empty tower to build your own, doesnt it come with some sort of power thingy?

if it is actually 200 watts then you should run like a mad to ur provider and ask him to upgrade ur ps

No. (Unless your computer is not working.)

Yes, but you probably don't need it.

Buy a new power supply.

Sometimes, but unless it's an Antec, that's usually a bad thing.

Coolermaster has some good PSU case bundles as well

Ok, so in order to upgrade my power supply, I have to buy a case and put all my guts from the old one into the new one?
(that has a bigger wattage?)

200W is not critical if the computer in question is configured very modestly. Say just the CPU and an integrated graphics solution or a low end discrete graphics card.

Moving the internals from a Dell computer to another case can present some obstacles if it doesn't conform to ATX standards, but it's possible that was more common in the past than now. Never having done it myself, I can't really say. Looking at some of the Dells in the office, they do seem rather non-standard though.

hi,
I traded out cases on my Win/Me because it didnt have enough empty bays.lol

I even wore rubber boots so as not to cause carpet shock LOL
Which brings a question to mind... am I allowed to use magnetic screw drivers?
that was alot of work, and those screws are so tiny, and some places are such tight squeezes...

and i need to learn my lingo.
'takin it down' = fresh install LOL
