Pray that it works ok. If you have to return something to Compgeeks you'll literally wait about a month for replacement or refund. :(

an fyi for those out there that are looking for something like this. dont go with this one. I have tried this one out while diving and well let's just say in under 10 minutes there was no more music to ever come from it again :( I know at least a dozen other divers that were also excited about this little guy when it came out and they had similar results.

if you are looking for a small mp3 player for jogging/biking that can get wet this however would be a great unit, just nothing for total submersion

Product description clearely states "Do not use H2O Man underwater as severe ear damage can result from water pressure. It is not intended for use in scuba diving or other underwater activity".

Bah....go ahead and chance it. I always figured that if my ears get damaged, I'll just turn the music up even louder until I can hear again.
