How do you take off the watermark of a photo? I have access to high-end editing tools. So can anyone help?

are you telling us you purchased or otherwise acquired a license or permission to use these photo editing programs? Otherwise, fair use doesn't apply.

Fair Use does not require permission or licencing. That is the whole point of Fair Use. Obviously though, fair use does not mean 'all use'.
