How do you take off the watermark of a photo? I have access to high-end editing tools. So can anyone help?

Get their permission.

Just be aware that under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, those found stealing previously copyrighted photos are subject to five years in prison and/or $50,000 fine per usage.

Oh, guess I won't be figuring it out. Stupid DMCA. What ever happened to Fairuse?

are you telling us you purchased or otherwise acquired a license or permission to use these photos? Otherwise, fair use doesn't apply.

Fair Use does not require permission or licencing. That is the whole point of Fair Use. Obviously though, fair use does not mean 'all use'.

fair use without some sort of right, explicit or implicit, to use the material = pirating?
