Watercooling Shuttle SFF

Hey Guys,
I'm about to shell out a few hundred bucks to build a SFF and I am considering an Athlon64 system using the Shuttle XPC SN85G4V2. Has anybody had any experience watercooling a Shuttle or any SFF? Does anybody out there know of any kits that would work well? Any answers are greatly appreciated.

There are a few cheesy premade kits you can use but they aren't that great for overclocking or any heavy duty systems. I'm in the process of piecing together a water cooling kit for my SN45G. The basics are Pump, Radiator, Fans, Tubing, CPU block, GPU block (optional). Pretty basic. Trick is getting the right stuff to fit in the Shuttle.

There are plenty of pumps small enough to fit on top of the Shuttle but why?

I just wanted to experiment with water cooling and I was hoping that it would be more quiet to water cool a SFF than to have all of the fans going. Water cooling also brings down the internal temperature more than just normal cooling. Does anybody know of any pumps that would fit?

The Eheim 1046 is the quietest pump I've ever used.

For a larger, non-SFF rig, don't dismiss Koolance; they're OK for a quick-and-dirty or a first-timer install.

The "cheezy" Globalwin brand Silent Stream, upon first install, offered marginally lower temps on a Barton 3000+ in my SN41G2 SFF. Say 49C instead of 52C, but it was PERFECTLY quiet. Like my spouse "didn't know any equipment was powered on" kind of quiet. Then I emptied it to put a flow gauge in, and it's never been quiet again. I tried to bleed it, ran it for over two weeks, but it doesn't seem to want to release a bubble. So I replaced the quieter stock SFF heatpipe & fan, and look for a better answer.

I'm probably going to put an Inovatek "Plug-on" reservoir & Eheim 1046 pump on the Silent Stream 80mm 4-pass copper radiator. Haven't decided on the CPU block yet.

I've just installed a Zalman Reserator "in" my XPC athlon64 system. I'm not worried about portability - I've got a 21" CRT monitor and 5.1 speakers etc. so its not like I'm sacrificing the ability to race to LAN parties.

Its not high-performance water cooling, but its keeping my Athlon64 3400 and a 6800 Ultra below the 60F mark unless I let the room get too warm. Its all really quiet, especially without the stock 6800U fan.
