Innovatek innovaCOOL rev.3 Water Block - Socket 478
Innovatek Tank-O-Matic
Innovatek Dual Fan Radiator W/ 2 Vantec 120mm Stealth Fans
Enheim 1250 Pump

any help is great.. but i have one main question when i have everything setup do you have to run the wc setup for a min before you actually turn your computer on? that way if your overclocked it wont burn your cpu 😱 thanks all have a good day

Every water cooling site, user, forum etc. suggests running the cooling system for 12-24 hours before installing the computer components. Why? To check for leaks.

I would make sure the water block mounts on the cpu properly, remove it, remove the mainboard, complete the water circuit and leak test. You will also be able to monitor for air in the system. When you remove all the visible air bubbles and have no leaks, you can feel relatively safe about installing the computer.

That's how I am going to do a water cooling build one day.

No. Most people either run the pump 24/7 or install a relay so the pump turns on automatically with their machine.

relay is the way to go as the other guy said, i've seen in a few sites where a person was able to turn off the pump for a min without it heating up to far
