Waterbath that can give me cold temperatures?

I'm trying to buy some water baths...and I need them to give me a range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. I'm concerned with the total range so as long as it covers that.

But i'm having such a hard drive finding water baths that will actually pump out heat and make it cooler than ambient....any ideas?

I use a PID controller with an SSD relay and heaters (coils - called a "coffee immersion heater"). It uses a thermocouple in the bath. When its too cold, the relay turns on to heat the water passing through the coils.

You want to cool, so you could pipe water through the evaporator coil of a phase change cooler (HVAC). Most PID controllers can work both ways - you set the temp and it keeps it within a degree or so.
