water damage

some water landed on my video card and fried it there is physical burnt circuits on that but did the rest of the system fry too? no physical damage and i think green light on mobo is coming on still. should i try putting a new video card in or would it mess this new component up if its all fried?
 
Just to be safe let everything else dry off thoroughly before turning it back on. A couple of days should be sufficient.
