IMO, I think a radiator with two fans would be a little big inside my case even though i got a TT Xaser II

Meh...it's a horse apiece here. The heatercore, depending on the model can get you as good or better performance cheaper, but it looks like a$$. Don't get me wrong...I used to use a heatercore and it ruled.

consider a 2x120mm fan configuration with one blowing and one sucking (push/pull). This increases airflow, pressure, and performance even if you don't have much space to spare.

Look at the Eheim 1250 pump. Generally you'll want a pump that can put out 1gal/min+. The 1250 is rated at 317g/hr but that's with no resistance -- with the extra block, res, and radiator, this pump will probably put out 1gal/min or so. You'll want as big and reliable pump as what fits in your system and your budget and 1 gal/min is really the baseline for any true performance.

Good luck. Watercooling is fun (although it can be alot of work).
