Water cooling question

I'm thinking about grabbing a Cooler Master Seidon 120M from New Egg for a great price. I do some OCing on my 2500k (currently at 4.0ghz) but am thinking about the quiet that can come with water cooling.

My main thing is if I go with that to help lower the noise levels, will I notice it while still running a 6850 in my rig?

Looks at your sig....Scratches head?

Your swapping the gpu's in the shown rigs?

Edited for re-reading your edited post :)

I guess it would depend on how noisey your current cpu cooler is. If your gpu is louder then you'll still be hearing it, but combined noise of both could be somewhat lower.

Oops, edited the post to fix that. Kids can pry the 6850 from my carpel tunnel hands some day, or when I upgrade ():)

Only problem with that billyb0b is I'm looking at one of those all in one setups but tempting.

Pulled the side panel off and listened and majority of the noise seems to be the CPU fan. I decided to pull the trigger and order the setup, can't complain as it's $25 after MIR.
