Water Cooling Question

The OC forums have some of the best information regarding water cooling, but to answer your question you would be advised to use distilled water with a little bit of antifreeze or water wetter as opposed to running straight antifreeze.
You really only need any additives for anticorrosion purposes when mixing aluminum+copper and for keeping your system clean.
 
I am new to AT and to computers but my computer is running hot.
I was wondering if someone could exsplain to me how water cooling works.
