In my experience (been watercooling since 2001) I would advise just doing the Bracket + AIO , corsair H50, and call it a day.

waterblocks, a pump, a res, and radiator(s) look better and perform better, however it's MUCH more expensive and the waterblocks won't go on newer cards when you upgrade.

Do you plan on using these two cards for 3-4 years? or are you the type to upgrade every 1-2 years?

I have reference cooler son my 290's with a custom fan profile. I also use headphones so I never notice the fan noise.
