My daughters are headed home today after a summer in compton california, They will be here tommorow 😛

I was really starting to miss them 🙁

One of the cashiers at work won $2500 from the Lottery and she needed to go downtown to get the money, so she asked me to go with. We got there before they opened so there was no line and she could get to work on time. She paid for parking and train fare and gave me $20 for my "trouble." I was glad to do it for her though, she's one of the few people at work who don't have the common sense of a sponge.

I'm supposed to be writing a one-page summary on US-Canada relations for a one week long class before school starts later this month. The nice part is that we get to go to Quebec for a week. 😎

Well, off to work... I've never been good at putting my thoughts onto paper. 🙁

My little girl has started back to school this week and now she wakes me up at 7:30 am to take her to school.

All mine will finally be in school this year although lilo (5) will only be going a half day this year.

Our school starts sept 7th 😛

Greg I hope you aren't losing too much, I tried that once and made good, but it was only a project (school), no money involved, I made 16,000 for the project though lol

I still wish I had invested in walmart though🙁

Here 5 year olds go a full day like the rest of the kids. One reason they start early is for make up days ( Ivan caused a bunch of those) and a week off for fall break plus they get out in May.

Loosing or winning money, school start, hot on the job, yeah that is just exacly the talk around the coffee machine in my hospital. We find the water cooler too cold, prefer hot coffee .... 😉

Yeah here too! But I've had nothing but troubles since I was PM'ing you about landscaping materials back a few months ago. Right now most of it is nothing short of damage control and resolving drainage issues.

Yeah here too! But I've had nothing but troubles since I was PM'ing you about landscaping materials back a few months ago. Right now most of it is nothing short of damage control and resolving drainage issues.

We've been getting a lot of rain down here this year also. The bugs love it .My yard is a jungle right now with work and everything.
