I heard a siren and saw a cop with lights going stop right in front of my apt building blocking the intersection.

He is now using the spotlight to check things out.

hmmm, maybe looking for some punk B&E bastard or something.

he has been sitting there for a bout 15 mins now still sweeping the area with the spotlight.

at least this is more interesting than what's on tv.
 
Open the window a tad and yell as loud as you can "you coppers aren't taking me alive!!!", then throw all the pot and pans you own all about the place.

Oh and make sure you have your camera ready so you can post the results here!
