For a constitutional balanced budget amendment
For line item veto
For "pay as you go"
Kill earmarks

He sounds like an old school conservative.

I like this guy

Mike Gravel is the Dems version of Ron Paul. He's out there and I'm sure he makes everyone else uncomfortable... but once in a while he makes sense.

Barak was impressive.
Biden was smart and pasionate as always.
Hillary was trying to look well prepared and for the most part succeeded.
Edwards came off like a kiss-ass and didn't really differentiate himself from anyone.
Dodd made his points but I don't think he separated himself from the crowd.
Kucinch has big ears.

I think he'd make a great VP candidate for Hillary :p

Who, Obama?

Richardson. I like him a lot, I just don't think he has the personal appeal to head a ticket.

Obama, imo, is still way too left to win a national election; even as a VP candidate, he's not going to help Hillary (assuming she gets the nomination) win over any red states. either of them (Hill or Obama) would really need a semi-conservative (at least conservative for a democrat) running mate.

I thought it went down this way:

Barak was average.
Biden did pretty well.
Hillary took a beating.
Edwards did pretty well.
Dodd average.
Kucinch still singing 16 tons.
Gravel a couple of zingers.

Bill Richardson repeats himself alot and he reminds me of George Tenet, with all that snivelling and "Look xxxx, I ...". He rubs me the wrong way. I have a bad feeling he'll open up the border to his Mexican compatriots if elected. Finally, his state is among the worst in the nation in many categories. Just because you are governor doesn't mean you should be President. You actually have to do something constructive once in a while.

Uh the President has no power to open boarders like that. Congress would have to approve it and theres no way that would happen.

His state is among the worst. But has improved under his Governership.

I personally trust Richardson more than Obama or Clinton.

The MSM is pushing Clinton thats why they say she won, when infact she didnt.

Due to the excessively long campaign for the nomination this go around, the two front runners, Obama and Clinton are going to be bloody as hell.

The gloves have already come off as Democrats are already ripping apart Edwards with personal attacks(they aint on TV but they are in editorials in papers)... Its only a matter of time before its an all out brawl between the candidates.

Did you see him on Meet the Press last week? He's very repetitive and inarticulate. Those are signs of an insecure man with no convictions. That means that he doesn't have leadership qualities. He's probably easily influenced.
