i was at starbucks. a bunch of kids were across the street.
one little girl is really drunk , and angry. she's cursing up a storm, and angry at everyone. she might also be on other illegal pharms.

last thing b4 i left was her shouting asian rice, asians and rice, asian ricer, or something like that.

Talking about jailbait is one thing. With no other acronyms attached we can let our minds fill in the details. Adding "one little girl" to that takes it up on creep factor notch.
