I own a Seiko Titanium Kinetic (older version of this watch) and I am extremely pleased with it. The second hand ticks on this watch and the new version can go for 6 months without you wearing it. I got my g/f a Citizen Eco-Drive for Christmas and she really likes it too. Neither of us have had a problem with our watches losing their charge. If you don't always wear a watch, I would recommend getting something cheaper though as you may decide you don't like wearing watches. Just my personal opinion though.

I have the Vostok Amphiba Automatic. It's a pretty cool watch - self-winding, waterproof, stylish, but it is as flimsy as hell. The rotating Bezel just disappeared one day...

It's a wierd mix of cheap parts and solid substantial watch design. What do you expect from Russia, I guess...
