I'm not really a Will Ferrell fan, don't dislike him either though. Never seen John C. Riley in anything so I can't say much about what I thought of him before seeing this. This movie was fucking comedy. It had some really lame parts but scene at the dinner table with the Fancy Sauce shit had me cracking up. And the them arguing in bed killed me too.

"you and your mom are hillbillies, this is a house of Learn-ed Doctors"
"you're not a doctor... you're a big fat curly headed fuck!"

maybe I'm easily amused but I thought this movie was pretty good, definitely a lot better than I expected.

and the scene at the end is hilarious....

Have no desire to watch it. Step Brothers was pure comedy, though. I was very pleasantly surprised.

It's different. It pokes fun at a lot of different specific music moments, bands, and things like that. If you don't know what they're referring to you won't get it and probably won't like the movie at all. I thought it was damned funny.

I never had a desire to see it, but the recent previews for it on TV again have made me want to venture there and see if it's really as funny as parts of the preview make it look.
