hi,I juts hooked an external HD tuner (viewsonic hd12) to 7800gtx ( throught s video cable to 7800gtx vivo adapter) and installed the WDM driver from evga. I want to watch tv on computer. Am I missing anything?

What?

So you have a tuner. And you hooked the tuner to the S-Video input on your video card?

Did you attempt to use any software to view the feed?

Are you sure your 7800 has HD input? I don't think S-Video is HD. If your tuner has an S Video output, then it's probably not ouputting HD.
