Watch TV on CHIMEI LCD (22", DVI)?

I have a Comcast DVR box. I'd like to watch television on my new LCD monitor. How can I do this?

does your DVR box have VGA or DVI out or both? most do... and most comcast should automatically set itself up to utilize the outputs
