Link works for me.. Anybody successfully use a printed coupon? I would think that they only accept the actual copy.

Where is the back side?

It is only part of the page with the coupons that was sent in the mail to me. It was on a lightweight cardstock.

EDIT: So have your tried it out at your Hollywood Video? Any good results?

so no one's tried this yet...

EverydayTreats, where did you get the actual form? It might be easier to pass off if we got the real thing.

You would have to have absolutely no shame to go up to the cash register with one of these. I'm not saying it won't work... if you get a clerk who doesn't care, then who knows. Just realize there's about a 90% chance you'll get laughed out of the store.
Then again, remembering some of the stuff other people around here have pulled in hopes of getting a hot deal... i'm sure plenty of you will still try

I got mine about a week ago from snail.
and yes it's only one time use since they took the coupons when you rent movies.

I printed the coupon just fine. We only have a family video around here and they accept competitor's coupon's, so hopefully this will work for me.

Maybe there's actually a shred a decency left somewhere deep down inside me, but it's seems all that much worse to try and rip off a local family vs a corporate giant.
