Interesting, I had a pretty strong feeling about some of the folks that are mods, but I'm surprised by some of the others. I'm also surprised at some of the folks that turn out not to be mods, but then again, they could still be mods using the 'second' account.

Personally, I've always thought the mods have done a pretty good job considering the drivel that gets posted around here. Of course there's been times when I've wondered about inconsistencies etc, but hey, that's because mods are humans too.

Geekbabe, I have no doubt you've received more of your share of garbage, given the generally young male forum membership. Don't let that cloud your overall view of the members though, I'd say the vast majority are a lot more respectful and 'normal'.

Eh, is it possible that a lot of those people were right? 😕 I had a disagreement with you in a thread a while back, and immediately after that thread was locked I was banned because of a joke that had been in my sig for 2 years. Perhaps it was a coincidence.

Actually it doesn't cloud my view of the vast majority of peeps here.I am using this thread as an opportunity to express my feelings about events that happened under our old moderator system,after today and this thread I will speak no more of it.Being able to simply be another member and to vent,to air my feelings has been very helpful and goes a long way in restoring my faith in these boards🙂
