Itold you al ready the Settings for CS Source are:

All Settings High, Reflect World, V Sny Disabled, no AA, Filtering None, Resoultion is 1024x768. These would the exact same settings on my Falshed Ati 9800xt. I rember getting a avg fps score on the stress test of 110fps-115fps. Also my Aqua Mark3 Score was 51k or so with my Cpu @ 2.2ghz. Now im getting 55.7k with 1gb more of ram, $400 Video card and cpu oc @2.4ghz. Whats up with this????

With my 9800pro flashed to xt i was getting 115fps(with my Cpu Stock!) . What could this problem be?? Could my mobo cause this (since my last video card did smoke a little when it died) ?? Different Drivers??

There Is no way a 9800 whatever is going to get 115 fps on high resolution in CSS. What resolution are you running at in CSS?

There's also no way a 9800xt will get 6126 on 3dmark05. Are you sure it was 3dmark03 or something?

On the stress test in CSS you get unrealistic FPS anyway...

I'm thinking that it might be a driver problem... or a game problem. Try other games... and 3dmark05 on a 9800xt is high... you should be looking at around 3000-4000.

no no no the 3dmark05 was for my x850xt pe not the Ati 9800xt. I never did a 3dmark05 for my 9800xt. Only thing i did was the Aquamark 3 which got me around 52k.

Lol your happy since you OC your card. I have 6103 w/ my stock X850XT agp. I don't have to worry my card being burned :D

Your 3D mark score seems kind of low. look at my sig to see what i mean. i have half the ram that you do and my proc is not even overclocked at the moment... (although my x800 is @ 520/600)

Your x800 is running at faster clocks than his, along with your 939 setup and dual channel.

Your score is ONLY 300 points higher..

ah i didnt notice it was socket 754, however he has twice the ram and my processor IS slower than his by 200 mhz. I doubt that dual channel would make more of a improvement than having a whole gig more ram. anyway that was my point. my gpu core is running slower but the ram IS faster and im assuming for our benchmarks the increases in performance will be minimal because of this.

edit: as i read down the post you'll notice hes getting low fps on the cs source stress test after all this new equipment, there clearly IS something wrong with the score.
