I mean why not? They could make milllions.

EDIT:
FOR ALL YOU SMARTASS who are just plain Fvcking MEAN. I mean a self contained set for apts without Hookups.

What? They have combo washers/dryers in vertical arrangements for just such a solution.

Um. My apt has a washer and dryer in it. An apt I rented several years ago had them too.

You just have to live in a place that isn't a ghetto.

Yes BUT YOU HAVE Hookups. I'm talking about a self contained solution or Setup where you can add hoses to your existing pipes.

Welcome to the real world... You'll have to step outside every once in a while to keep yourself from looking like an ass....

You are a fvcking moron. Do you just post the first idiotic thing that pops into your mind?

What the Fuvk is your problem. I mean a washer and dryer for apts WITHOUT Hookups A$$

Um...tard.

On the flip side of this conversation, my first apartment i brought a WAY old washer and dryer. I converted the washer to hook up to the sink when I wanted to use it and put panty hose to catch the lint from the dryer. Good times....all money went to beer and pizza that way. I especially liked it because I wasn't responsible for water bill or electricity.

It's called foresight. You either buy an apt that already has a W&D built into it, or you get one that has hookups in place for you to put them in yourself. You wouldn't buy a single story home with no basement and then decide "oh hey, I want a basement" and then lift your home up and dig a hole under it. If you want a basement you buy a house with one already pre-dug.

Link?

Haier makes it. They used to have portable washer/dryer combos, but the problem was that you had to vent them out a window.

Now if you ever choose to disrepect my loyal mistress HappyPuppy again, I will have to hang you upside down by your toenails.

I've been thinking about these - I hate carrying laundry downstairs & out to the car to to the laundromat.

Edit: check around the site - it's Walmart - for their portable dryer, too.
