Washed out image in Openelec on my NUC!

When I say washed out I mean black appears dark gray and colors appear dull. I have the 16-235 disabled and enabling it just makes the image even more washed out and movies look washed out. I'm using a monitor through an HDMI switch. I'm not using a TV. Windows 10 does not looked washed out on my NUC though. This is a NUC with the Pentium N3700 that included Windows 10, 2GB RAM, and 32GB SSD.
