Arrow keys:
ctrl = crouch
shift = jump
"menu" key and ins = lean
delete/pgdn/end for relead etc
enter for use
mouse buttons/wheel for weapons
EDIT: and you still have 1/4 on the numpad free, and backspace and [/?] and [#~] and [@'], assuming you have long enough fingers.
And if you're really speed with your hands, you can still get to the number keys![]()
