Was your 2nd interview for a tech (development) job technical, or personal?

Just wondering what other people's experiences have been. Not that the information is crucial or anything, but it'd be interesting to know.

I just had one all day series of interviews with my employer and received an offer the same day.

I had 4 interviews out of college. They all started at like 8:30 and lasted all day to about 4:30. I would talk to 6-8 people throughout the day usually starting with HR people and working up to the department manager/pres. It was pretty nuts but I got 4 offers.
