Was the apollo moon landing fake? (someone else asking with their proof)

9 SPACE ODDITIES:

1. Apollo 14 astronaut Allen Shepard played golf on the Moon. In front of a worldwide TV audience, Mission Control teased him about slicing the ball to the right. Yet a slice is caused by uneven air flow over the ball. The Moon has no atmosphere and no air.

2. A camera panned upwards to catch Apollo 16's Lunar Landerlifting off the Moon. Who did the filming?

3. One NASA picture from Apollo 11 is looking up at Neil Armstrong about to take his giant step for mankind. The photographer must have been lying on the planet surface. If Armstrong was the first man on the Moon, then who took the shot?

4. The pressure inside a space suit was greater than inside a football. The astronauts should have been puffed out like the Michelin Man, but were seen freely bending their joints.

5. The Moon landings took place during the Cold War. Why didn't America make a signal on the moon that could be seen from earth? The PR would have been phenomenal and it could have been easily done with magnesium flares.

6. Text from pictures in the article said that only two men walked on the Moon during the Apollo 12 mission. Yet the astronaut reflected in the visor has no camera. Who took the shot?

7. The flags shadow goes behind the rock so doesn't match the dark line in the foreground, which looks like a line cord. So the shadow to the lower right of the spaceman must be the flag. Where is his shadow? And why is the flag fluttering if there is no air or wind on the moon?

8. How can the flag be brightly lit when its side is to the light? And where, in all of these shots, are the stars?

9. The Lander weighed 17 tons yet the astronauts feet seem to have made a bigger dent in the dust. The powerful booster rocket at the base of the Lunar Lander was fired to slow descent to the moons service. Yet it has left no traces of blasting on the dust underneath. It should have created a small crater, yet the booster looks like it's never been fired.

Ahhh, ATOT; proof that a million monkeys banging on a million keyboards won't eventually produce Shakespeare's works.

This argument is as old as the first moon landing. First. The sun will still outshine stars that are hundreds of light years off. That is why you won't see them.

Second. The flag flutters due to solar wind (however slight, a spring held the flag out.)

Cameras mounted on the legs of the lunar lander can take pictures too.

Alan Shepard hitting a golf ball, see remark on the flag.

Pressure inside the space suits weren't as great as a football or higher. Gases under pressure can have an adverse effect on life (or health) if pressurised to much. Think scuba diving and the fact that oxygen becomes toxic when the partial pressure of it equals 2 atmospheres (that would be 29.4psi.)

Remote shots of ascent modules lifing off in later missions can be taken with cameras mounted on the lunar rover with control of shots taken by Mission Control.

Astronauts show some not so known shots along with Early Missions movies from NASA Langley Research Center - Multimedia Repository. NASA Langley is the site where the crews trained for the lunar landings via a really large derrick and a vastly different version of the lander and can be seen on the Early Missions page.

I lived not far from said Research Center for 20 years and visited the original Museum that was located on base (now the exhibits are at the Air and Space Museum in Hampton) and have had the tours of the area many times.

IIRC it was Alan Shepard that smacked that reporter that tried to tell him his landing was a fake. There were no charges filed in connection with the incedent.

Generally, the same people that believe we never went to the moon also believe that the Earth is flat. There's a whole movement by these people. Do a search in Google and check out some of the links. The crap these people believe in is astounding. Of course, it's all relative. They believe that the rest of us are morons for believing the Earth is round.

But back to the moon thing. A lot of people think we never went because of the Van Allen belt surrounding the earth. The Russians say that it is so radioactive that no human could pass through and survive, that's why THEY never went to the moon. Who's to say?

Although it is interesting that since the original moon landings, all of our space missions have been near Earth orbit, with the exception of unmanned vehicles to Mars, etc. Makes me wonder why we haven't tried going back to the moon?

Cost is the biggest reason why. While at the time of the original moon landings, we wanted to show the Russians that we could send someone to the moon, the hidden message was, we could hit you with an ICBM. To build a rocket powerful enough to send a man to the moon now would run in the billions of dollars and people in Congress would object on the grounds that their constituents would object. Look how long it will build the ISS and how much that will cost even split amonst several countries.

Something to consider: We were having a space race with the USSR. The Russians were watching everything we did. If there was any hint of trickery they would have broadcast this fact to the world to prove they were superior.

The faking of the Moon Landing is even hinted in GTA:VC. Go to the movie studio and look for the moon landing set. That's exactly the set they used to fake the landing.

Anyone ever see the movie "Capricorn One"? It's about a faked landing on Mars. OJ Simpson was in it, before he decided to become a professional killer. Anyway, NASA has their funding cut, and can't get to Mars, so they decide to fake the mission and broadcast it from a t.v. studio. Then people start dying because the secret has to be kept quiet. Decent flick, for 1978.

If anyone can prove that the moon landing was faked, I will give them my car and the contents of my savings account which is not an unsubstantial amount of money.

My neighbor ("adopted" grandfather) was a mathmatical engineer for NASA. He worked on the moon landing. It's not fake.

They probably are the same people that believe every airline is using chemtrails to sprinkle us with various chemicals
