2. One of those little red dots (NYC) has more people than FORTY TWO of the states have. That little red dot represents as many people as the entire populations of New Mexico, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Alaska, and Wyoming COMBINED.

I can see that providing a number of the links in the original article as a favor to everyone has ended up just being information overload. The quote below from one of the links states what occurred and does also give some background information that at first glance could explain what happened, but goes on further to plant a big seed of doubt. Personally, I think that 59 voting divisions having zero votes for Romney is statistically impossible. What do you Obama supporters think?

As long as the government is able to provide what some consider to be handouts to the population centers; those people will vote for their handouts.
People that are outside of the population centers can complain all they want, but they are outnumbered.
As the Doc states, NYC area can negate the rest of the state if needed in terms of statewide impacts.
The same goes for PA. Philly, Pitt and the union area overwhelm the rest of the state.
When 6-% of the population is concentrated into the urban areas; the rural areas get the short stick nationally.
However, they also then have the better chance for control locally.
