Yeah, but his action figure sucked. If I recall correctly it had weird leg or arm movements that were different from the rest.

Apparently, there were 6. I can't remember the other 4 but I have a dvd around here somewhere that has them all but its new school GI Joe so YMMV

No ninjas. The closet thing was Quick Kick. I think the only Ninja was on the other side.
