was mycheckfree.com hacked?

Looks like an opps we got hacked and some asshole may know all of your personal information or at least passwords letter.
 
I also received that exact email and I'm pretty sure I was using checkfree (through my utility company) to pay a bill at the time in question. I don't recall any blank screens and my payment has been credited to my utilities account leading me to believe that I didn't get sent to the fake site. And although the email specifically states that you had be be using Windows and I'm on Linux I'm still a little freaked out. I am currently going through the links provided in this thread but I'm still concerned.

I guess I just wanted some confirmation from folks (such as yourselves) that are more tech savvy than me that I'm safe.
 
I have not logged into my account in months...it's all automatic luckily....hopefully they did not get that information. I will have to watch VERY closely...I think checkfree should give everyone 2-3 free years of credit watch programs...

I just re-listened to it, and he did say they were compromised and they were sending out those emails to let people know about it.

I wish other companies were as prompt.

Not to mention it's easy to spoof a caller ID number if you're using VOIP...
