Was it wrong of me to read the guy in front's laptop screen?

Looking for something to do, I noticed that the dude in front was doing some work on his lappy. And if I sat in the correct position, I could see the screen well enough to read it.

Turns out it was quite entertaining - some sort of military/naval stuff, about a new war ship still under construction - with lots of discussion about the recent trials of some fancy weapons systems.

Am I bad for keeping reading until I had read the whole thing?

It's pretty rude to do that. I'd be annoyed if I had somebody looking over my shoulder as I was trying to get my work done.

I got curious on a plane and started looking over at somebody's screen. Turned out the guy could completely see my reflection and he closed his laptop. It was embarrassing. 🙁
