i dun know. i watched the cops doing their qualification shooting, i was embarassed we call them experienced gun handlers. they're the worst shots i've ever seen.

Maybe down in California, but up here anyone who gets less than 48/50 bulleyes in annual shooting gets to explain to the captain why they'll be shooting an innocent person instead of the offender in a tight situation.
