Shanti, guys like you make me crazy. No national government has ever given terrorists weapons of mass destruction -- unless you want to count us giving Israel uranium. Biological and nuclear weapons are highly traceable to their sources. But, Shanti, perhaps you can correct me and tell me of a situation in which a national government did give terrorists weapons of mass destruction. I double dog dare you (and I save the double dog dares for the dimmest of cases),

Let me return for a second bite. First, Shanti, congratulations for making my double dog dare list. Second, North Korea has actually threatened to sell nuclear material. Are we going to run an armed invasion on them? Not in this lifetime. We beat up Iraq because it was easy to do and satisfied some of our more conservative thinkers (see, I can be nice).
